My go to moisturizer!

I am not familiar with the brand, but this product appears to be a high-end skincare product. While being high-end, it does have two drawbacks: an excessive use of fragrance ingredients and a high price. However, I personally appreciate its refreshing gel-like texture that absorbs well without leaving an oily or greasy feeling. I find it to be sufficiently beneficial on its own, so I don't feel the need to use a serum alongside it, especially considering it contains my favorite ingredient, niacinamide.

Been using Clark botanical products for well. Great for sink. Does not make me break out.

I think the Clarks products are unique. I use all sorts of beauty products from around the world and at widely varying price points. This is higher mid price for me, and offers a lot. I had first encountered Clarks a month ago with their Botanicals Smoothing Marine Cream. I remember not liking it a lot at first, then it quickly grew on me. Same here. I dont know what it is, but I have since recommend this brand a few times. The ingredients are effective; that is what it comes down to. With my 40 something skin, I look for products that are hard working multi taskers. I dont just need a moisturizer, I need action! So while I dont find the Clarks products to be incredibly moisturizing for my dry skin, I am in it for all the other ingredients. Basic moisturizers are easy enough to come by. I can use petroleum jelly at night over this if I need the added oomph.That being said, this has a near gel like texture but with a creamy look. Very light. Absorbs wonderfully well. I can go ahead and top it off with make up and/or sunscreen or a more robust night cream and not have it misbehave (pill, roll). And while it isnt super moisturizing, it isn't drying either. My skin doesnt feel taut. It actually feels ok. The direction say for extra dry skin to pair this with their Botanicals Smoothing Marine Cream. I haven't tried that yet as I prefer to use that at night, and this during day. I might start pairing them though.Light scent. Fresh. I love the smell of this and you don’t need a lot of product for your face, but I’m not a fan of how it makes my skin feel sticky and slightly irritated. I think this could be great for some people but I’ll stick to the moisturizer that has worked best for me.

The smell was just too strong and I couldn't get past it. It was jasmine and floral-y and it goes on like a sticky gel. I didn't notice much change to my skin.

If you don't like fragrance in your skincare, you'll want to pass on this one. It has Limonene, Linalool, Farnesol, and Geraniol. These 4 ingredients are very irritating to people who are sensitive to fragrance. They didn't bother my skin, but they are potential allergens to be aware of. The addition of arnica is interesting, especially when you consider arnica's healing properties. I would be curious to see how this does on already irritated or sunburned skin.This cream is a gel like consistency that is on the heavier side. In the past, I haven't found gel moisturizers to be nearly as hydrating as I'd like but this one does a good job. It is a little sticky and heavy for daytime wear. It reminds me of an overnight mask. I mainly use it at night and when I wake up, my skin looks plump and hydrated. It comes in a really nice heavy glass jar with tasteful labeling. It looks and feels expensive.
