The media could not be loaded. Amzone suggested it for philips tv and it does not work. I want a refund immediately

TV Remote is very good
I ordered LRIPL TV remote for Phillips TV. It's working fine and the keys are soft to touch . The seller is also very helpful when I approached him through mail . We have to make sure that we compare the picture with the original remote and then order as it is only replaceable not returnable.
