I wish I’d bought this instead of GOAT tape. GOAT tape would fall off within minutes because of my sweat. This tape withstands sweat. It would be nice if there was a version of this tape that was stiffer, but this gets the job done. It is a hassle trying to rip it because it likes to collapse on itself (it is like a bungee springy accordion), so it gets stuck to itself if I’m not quite intentional about ripping it carefully. Oh I also like that I can rip it eve with some arthritis. I can’t rip GOAT tape — I have to use scissors for GOAT tape. Good stuff! I will continue buying.

I have used several brands of flexible thumb tape for weightlifting and crossfit, and the 2pood tape is one of the best I've used. It stays on even when hands get sweaty and it seems to hold up well to high volume without holes forming during the workout.

This is the best taped if you training martial arts, jiujitsu, wrestling etc... especially if you're trying to cover up cuts or scabs etc... obviously bandages firts this tape after. I've trained for nearly 20 years, and teach children's martial arts classes. This tape is great for hands, arms, feet. For live rolls will hold up usually. Knees are a different story, depending on how much take you are trying to used.

Been using this for hook grip on my deadlift. It doesn’t move works well with chalk, and haven’t had any issues

Works well and last as long as you need it. I definitely need to buy more.

perfect hook grip tape

This is perfect for Olympic lifts or rig work. Put a generous amount around your thumb and twist lightly in the direction you applied it to keep in place. I've used this around the hand as well for high volume toes to bar or kipping moves and it offers a nice layer of protection. Easy to tear. Comfortable to wear and has a good amount of stretch so you don't feel limited in movement.

Works great. Usually I use to cover cuts or injuries on my hands. Stays in place well for lifts and pull-ups/gymnastics movements.
