Honestly could be sold as a mace. I honestly think this thing could be indestructible, it chipped my floor and think it would make a decent substitute for a sledgehammer. It's got a grippy handle with the same texture you get on a quality bar, has a wide range of workouts you can do. It's metal, like the whole thing, so you are paying for decent quality gear. I would recommend trying to figure out what weight is best for you by going to the local gym, it depends on how far along you hold the handle so you can vary the intensity of your workout to an extent.

8kg mace. I am a 93kg man who has lifted weights for 20 ish years. I have a decent +150% bodyweight bench, Squat and deadlift. I watched loads of tutorial videos from guys showing you the mace moves, and making it look easy. I asked about what weight would work for me and was told 10-15lbs. Of course I ignored the advice because a. I'm a man, b. I already lift decent numbers. I bought the 8kg mace with the intention of getting the 12kg mace in the near future. I'm writing this review because I've come back to buy the 4kg mace. Learning the moves without complete control over the mace is madness. There is a level of coordination that you have to learn for the sake of your knees and jaw. Miscontrolling one of these can result in a limp or seeing stars. The mace itself is very good with knarling in two places, the bottom and the upper half for a great grip. The places where you need it for all movements. Its sturdy, feels well welded and not cheap, which it isn't. The length is good, I'm 6'1", and overall, apparently from going too heavy, im really please with it.

This is a high quality product. It is likely to last my lifetime, if it does break which i doubt I will update until then assume it is still being used and of just high a quality. I got the 12kg and it is a bit heavy for correct form for me but I trusted it would last so I figured I would grow into it my advice is to get lighter if you can afford it and work up.

I got the 8kg and Im glad I chose this weight. For those struggling to decide which weight to choose: Im an 85kg man who doesn't lift weights but i have an active job and hedge trim a lot.

Brilliant weight training tool but buy a smaller weight dont let your ego take over i bought a 12kg one and its far too heavy for my beginner start!

Article conforme mais poignée déchiré. Sinon le macebell est très bien. Il porte ses 10 kgs. Pas évident de s’attaquer directement à 10 kgs 😀
