Update! These are amazing, I’ve also noticed they help put me into ketosis much more easily if I watch what I eat! After one day of not eat carbs or sugar I was in Ketosis, normally this would not happen so quickly and would be hard to do and take about a week to get into that state plus I was in a heavy ketogenic state after a day taking these pills! This would normally be very difficult for me to get into but these magic pills are the missing link for me. I’ve already lost weight or will maintain weight eating some carbs and eating sugar in normal amounts! I’m very pleasantly surprised. Normally I would pass out, meaning I couldn’t keep my eyes open after I would eat something with sugar or a few slices of pizza or a bagel. Took two of these before eating and I’m fine, didn’t feel like I was going to pass out and need to sleep it off. So, yeah it works! Very pleased at the moment!

I've tried several brands of berberine over the years. I was hesitant to try this brand due to the low cost. I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did! This brand works equally as well as a brand name offered on this site. The clincher for me is the low price.

The best naturals brand , I have bought 13 times. I love that it seems to help with digestion, my sugar and bloating. Also maybe my weight to stay stable as I lost 40 pounds. But this last bottle I bought and one other time before the capsule is a light yellow, all my other bottles of Berberine were orange like a turmeric color. This last bottle also has a smell. Customer service has not answered my calls nor can I even get their email to work. It’s sad I may need to find another brand . The last bottle of their Bentaine HCL also had a smell and I think made me sick. I also bought that over 10 times. Just when I had a good thing going.
