Good intro to chem!
Great addition to our homeschool curriculum. Using for 3rd grade introduction to chemistry. Only wish there were experiments to go along with the text. Easy to read, easy to break up in sections.

If it didn't portray predominantly girls. I bought it for my son and I think those behind the illustrations are trying to make sure science girl power. I'm tired of this trend - boring. Otherwise, it's good. Well explained and engaging.
