My package included some small hard plastic clear squares. What are they supposed to be used for?

I reached out to the seller because I was curious. These plastic squares are bone guards, placed over the exposed bone to protect the bag.

Has anyone had issue with these holding a seal? I've had multiple from this pack that won't seal at all, or the seal pops open in the freezer.

My bags all sealed. Double check the temperature of your sealer it might be too low and make sure that no liquid or grease is inside the open end of the bag. Liquid and grease will cause the seal to fail if they are under the seal joint.

Can I use the bags directly from freeze to microwave ?

I take them from freezer to microwave. Great bags
