Good Product from Faber
The product is good and well installed by the Faber Technician. The size is big though, even a 15 L could have catered to our need, still good product.

Absolutely poor heat transfer. Do not Buy!
The worst geyser I have used. Despite a 25 litre storage it does not even hold enough water for a 3-5 min shower or fill a bucket of 15 litres

Good quality geyser , pipes not provided
The geyser is value for money , easy installation. Pipes were not provided with the geyser as mentioned in the description ( not provided , had to buy it separately ) . Installation took some time , but the service centre was helpful . The concerned person responsible for installation was very helpful and did his work very efficiently .

Disappointed with Faber Service
Faber geyser service is extremely disappointing. The installation was done incorrectly, and despite repeated complaints for the past 15 days, the service team only keeps assuring ‘we’ll do it today’ but never takes action. I haven’t been able to use the geyser since purchase. Very poor service support — I would not recommend buying Faber products.

Product is good but installation service is too poor
Product is good and fitted well inside of false ceiling of bathroom. No complaints on heating till now, device is keeping water warm for a good amount of time. Poor installation service from the brand, once the service engineer heard that it supposed to be a free installation, he stopped picking up calls and never came for installation. As a brand, this should be taken care with priority.
