Why is this significantly cheaper than purchasing directly from their website; is it an old lot of product?

there isn't a sunscreen in this product, but the company does have a summer moisturizer with an SPF. I haven't tried this item yet though, as during the daylight hours I'm mostly at work and don't see the light of day. Pity! I may get some for vacation though, as I like to go to warm places near the equator, and I won't get out of the sun once I'm there!

Does this make your skin look dewy?

I would say yes - it does end up looking dewy (I have very dry skin). It also feels really good and does not irritate my sensitive skin.
