Hubby is 6'3", 214lbs. will this fit him?

The manufacturer says the costume fits a jacket size 44 / Chest up to 42" / Waist 30 to 34" and inseam 33". I do not think it will fit.

i'm a large guy at 5'10" 200lbs and it felt very comfortable to wear...it is one size fits all, but it's a comfortable fit...it stretches nicely and is not very snug IMO...short answer: Large

Nope, the pants and top are separate, at least in the one we got from here. The pants have an elastic waistband. The shirt has a Velcro closure at the back of the neck, so no bathroom issues at all. :)
