Will a charm bracelet fit inside?

It'll depend on the size of the charm and chain!!! These little wonders are a good size for the average types of charms. The actual finished size of the pouch that is NOT part of the drawstring casing is about 3 inches high by 2 3/4 inches wide. But remember, some of that space will "shrink" when the drawstring is pulled. They are soft and flexible, but not stretchy.

Will they fit a 7-pc dice set?

My dice bags measure 2.5" X 3.5", so the 2.8” X 3.6” ones here are perfect.

Is the felt soft inside the bag ? Does it “flake” off?

So far, I have not had any problems with flakiness.
