It works great and tastes good! It helps take the edge off of a hectic day or if I am having issues sleeping. The flavors are very refreshing as well.

Love Recess mood drinks, perfect for winding down in the evening with a touch of magnesium. I will say that the black cherry flavor for some reason is slightly chalky or gritty at the end, but the rest are not

I started adding half of a can to about 4 ounces of Tart Cherry Juice in the evening as a mocktail in a wine glass. I love the taste alone as well. It has great ingredients and I love that it promotes relaxation and helps me sleep. It's been a great alternative to my daily red wine.

Great alternative to alcohol! It really does work well. I have 2 in the evening and feel relaxed. They taste a lot like White Claw and very low calories. Great tasting but twice as expensive as a 12 pack of White Claw. Don’t understand why it’s SO expensive.

I wanted to do "Dry January" but I was pretty nervous about it. I happened to find a can of this Black Cherry Recess at a health food store and decided to try it. No. It does NOT make you high or drunk. I wouldn't even say I notice it relaxing me, but it does. I decided to treat myself to one can a night at the same time I might have started drinking alcohol. Surprisingly, it worked. (Next week on Tuesday I will be on Day 80 of zero alcohol.) I agree with everyone who has said that these drinks are very expensive if you are going to buy them regularly. I order 12 every couple of weeks but I am starting to taper down because it's just too much money. I get it though, it's evident that they are using quality ingredients. Black Cherry is my favorite. The flavor is not overpowering. It tastes like a plain seltzer water with a hit of really good black cherry in it. It's not sweet, but it's not sour either. It was enough for me to look forward to each night. The other really great byproduct of drinking these regularly is the magnesium. I haven't seen anyone post this yet but these drinks really help if you (and I'm going to say this in the nicest way possible) have stomach/constipation/regularity issues with your bowels. I feel like these drinks have helped in numerous ways and this is definitely one of them.

Giving 5 stars because they are pricey, but that’s up the consumer to determine if the value is there. I wouldn’t knock a star off because of that. I tried these, like other reviewers did, as a replacement during dry January. I really like the black cherry flavor because I don’t like sweet drinks. My husband didn’t really like the flavor though. I have been having two in the evenings and while I’m not sure I necessarily feel more relaxed, I absolutely see an improvement in sleep quality. I have to wake in the middle of the night to take our puppy out and I can fall back asleep so quickly. I’m going to try the powder next because that seems a little cheaper than the cans. No regrets.
