Compatible with standard 3/4 inch PVC
Use for non-plumbing purposes. I used these to make a shelf using standard (cheaper) plumbing PVC pipes from the local home improvement store. They fit nicely and worked well with plumbing PVC glue. They are shiny and smoother than standard plumbing PVC.

Really Good
Much better than hardware store quality. Used for construction rather than water pressure. Perfect finish on every one.

Happy Chickens
This is simply an alternative to the water pipe fitting. Looks a little nicer, but that wasn't the main issue--I was building a small "shed" to go inside our chicken pen. Chickens wouldn't care, but I needed the other fittings for some connections. PVC makes a nice building material for such--impervious to rot, light in weight and strong.
