If you make sure to use the suggested amount of water and your creamer of choice, this is a fantastic substitute for a cup of coffee. There’s been a reduction of hot flashes and an improved digestive system. I don’t like it with oat milk because it’s then too earthy for my taste, but no other complaints.

Tastes good but didn’t keep me focused or even awake

Contains coffee so tastes pretty good. Not much in each package so not sure how much mushroom I am actually getting.

The media could not be loaded. This coffee had a great taste considering it is instant from a packet and has healthier ingredients. I would recommend mixing in your favorite creamer to add some flavor, but the energy boost was great and lasted longer than a normal cup of instant coffee. Would definitely recommend if you need something convenient for traveling!
