I’ve been using this sleep headphone headband for a while now, and it’s honestly made a huge difference in my nighttime routine. It’s super comfortable—way better than regular earbuds that dig into your ears, especially if you sleep on your side. The fabric is soft and stretchy, so it stays in place without feeling tight or annoying. The sound quality is surprisingly good for something this lightweight. It’s not like high-end headphones, but it’s clear enough for music, white noise, or podcasts, which is exactly what I need to fall asleep. I also like that the speakers are flat, so you barely notice them when you’re lying down. Battery life has been solid too—it lasts through the night without any issues. Pairing it with my phone was quick and easy, and the controls are simple to use even when I’m half asleep.

I have sensory issues and often can't sleep with headphones in due to ear pain. This headband works really well, isn't too tight, and honestly has awesome sound quality! The speakers rest well on the outside of the ear and are able to be manipulated to a more comfortable position depending on the user. I'm also a side sleeper (I curl into a ball and burrow into pillows) and can attest that the speakers did not hurt after a bit of fidgeting to get them in the right spot, and the headband stayed in place really well the whole night. Now they are not completely soundproof, you will hear external sounds, but they're pretty good at drowning most stuff out. Absolutely worth it

These sleep headphones are a good product with good sound quality and long battery life. The ease of use is also a plus. I cannot speak to cleaning it and removing the wiring (having done it yet) but it doesn't seem like it would be a difficult thing to do once it needs to be cleaned. These are great when paired with earplugs and playing noise blocking sound if you want to block as much noise as possible. These are also comfortable and don't hurt the ear when lying on the side. The only thing is the control module left an indentation on my forehead after use which was a bit sore to the touch due to the fabric pressing into the skin leaving a red mark. Other than this I can say the headphones work great.

I’ve had this for almost two years. It’s been fairly durable, the speakers are not bulky at all and can be slept on if you’re a side sleeper. It charges fast and the charge surprisingly lasts a few days. It’s definitely been used and abused with my sleep habits. I wish there was an ash way to untangle the speaker wire in the headband to make sure the speaker stayed where they need to be. I find my self only being able to hear one speaker at a time sometimes. If I rated this a month after I got it, it would have been a five star. But for longevity and a true review, it’s worth the money but no more than 3 stars. Currently on here looking for a replacement. Overall happy with it.

I enjoy listening to music or an audio book at night, especially when I have trouble falling asleep. Ive tried earbuds but they are are uncomfortable as a side sleeper. The Perytong Sleep Headphones allow me to comfortably sleep on my side. The headband fits just right and sound quality is excellent. instructions were clear and very easy. I charged it, set up Bluetooth, and connected it to my app. I used a sleep timer on my phone to stop music or book. Besides using for sleep, I use the head and when riding my bike. It fits easily under my helmet and I don't have to be concerned like I do with ear buds slipping out when I perspire. I highly recommend and plan to make good use of the headphones now and in the future.

UPDATED: At the time of purchase, the battery lasted at least two and sometimes three nights on one charge. Nine (9) months later, the charge doesn't even last the night. The battery dies at ~5 hours. I didn't expect that a rechargeable battery would last forever, but I did expect that it would be over 50% less effective in less than a year. Additionally, the band has really lost it's shape. It was really soft so it moved around some, but never a lot, but now it barely stays on. I often wake in the middle of the night to find it completely off the back of my head. I have tried washing it to tighten the fibers, but that didn't help at all. Generally speaking, I don't think that an electronic should be something I need to replace every nine months. So I have reduced my score from 3 stars to 1. I was looking for a comfortable headband to listen to audiobooks and meditations at night to help with my anxiety. Since I almost exclusively sleep on my side, I wanted something comfortable. PROS Very comfortable sleeping on my side. Yes, I can feel the speaker a bit, but it feels soft, not hard, with no sharp points. Unless you are Princess & the Pea type (and no judgements if you are), the speakers are very comfortable to sleep on. The sound quality is better than I expected. Obviously, being inside the headband, it is slightly better when laying on my side and the speaker is pressed into my ear. But even when laying on my back, it's still good. The fabric is really soft and comfortable. It didn't make me hot, nor were there any places where it was itchy or poked me. My kid wanted one too. She has helix piercings and this was totally comfortable over those, as well. The speakers do move around a bit, but it is very easy to reposition them, and they don't seem to move much within the headband while I sleep. I never have to move them around much, so I cannot say if it is because I am just lucky to have the right sized head for their positioning. YMMV CONS The photo makes it look like the headband has some form to it and will retain that shape. It does not. It is very soft and scrunches up easily. As a result, it is almost never in the right position when I wake up. The elastic is very loose, which does increase comfort, but decreases it's ability to stay on. It operates differently than every other bluetooth speaker device I own: * All of my other bluetooth "speakers" (including headphones and earbuds) have some sort of volume memory with my device. So when I connect them, the volume level resets to where it was the last time I used the device. Not this one. It resets to the highest volume level every time, which is both shocking and painful if you don't remember to turn it down before you start playing your music/audiobook. * All of my other bluetooth "speakers" allow me more gradients in volume control, using both the device volume and the speaker volume, with the device having fewer gradients and the speaker having more. The best analogy I can think of is a treadmill. Imagine a treadmill where you can ONLY go 1 mph, 2 mph, 3mph, etc. So if 1 mph is too slow and 2 mph is too fast, you have no other options. That is how my devices usually work. My other bluetooth "speakers" give me options between 1 and 2, so I can adjust the sound levels to best fit my needs without changing the volume level of the device. This headband does not allow that. You get 1 or 2, or in the case of volume for sleeping, 0 (no volume) or 1, which is a bit too loud for what I want when I sleep. So not only is it a bit harder to be lulled into sleep, I also worry about the potential impact on our hearing (feel like it would have similar risks to ear buds) * I never use the track and volume buttons on the band. As stated above, it is no different that the volume level on my device, and it is easier to adjust the volume on my device. The long-press for volume is hard to get just right. Too short and you change your track. Too long and you are either blasting your ears or end up muting the sound. * No auto shut off. HOW DID I MISS THAT IN THE DESCRIPTION?? This means I have to recharge it at least every night or two, which isn't great. It's too late to return and I don't have the energy to go through all the options again, so I will deal with it for the time being.

Very happy with my headphones. It paired extremely easily with my phone via bluetooth. The material is light enough that you do not feel uncomfortable, it's tight enough to stay put when sleeping. Initially, the band doesn't particularly filter out any sound, but when you lie on the pillow, the small speaker in the band is pushed against your ear which causes it to filter out sound and become louder. The noise level on the headband isn't overly loud but produces a nice crisp sound which is good enough to sleep with, as intended. Overall, I feel these are more suited to people who want to wear them to sleep rather than to use as an every day headphone. I purchased this so that my mother can sleep better as she has chronic asthma and can hear herself wheezing... also my father's snoring can get quite loud, so we are hoping these help her have a better quality of sleep. The only thing I feel could be improved is the sound level so it can be louder and if you forget to disconnect the band from the bluetooth on your phone then calls come over them. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would purchase again :)

The product is very wonderful and comfortable during sleep and blocks the light if you put it on your eyes. The only problem is that its battery life during use is relatively short, but I can not complain about that.

The colour (pink) is great and it's super comfy and soft. It is a little big but I have a tiny (adult size) head so it'll probably fit a normal adult sized head perfectly. The earphones are about the same size as an old 10p and have soft edges so you don't know they're there. I have trouble sleeping and staying asleep but find it easy to sleep to an audiobook/scripture. I slept in these headphones as soon as I had them and found them very comfortable. They did not irritate at all & even doubled up as an eye mask!! The sound quality is fantastic. Even better than some in-ear earphones I have purchased. There is no interference, no buzzing and no background white noise at all. I have yet to use them when my partner is snoring next to me but so far....on my own....they're great (hence the 3 stars for noise cancellation as I can't fully comment). I'm not sure that I'll wear them out as the control is right on the front of the head and could do with maybe being at the back or concealed. Even so, if I can get over my vanity, I might wear them outside whilst walking. I am very very happy with the purchase and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I’ve had other headband headphone sets but I’d rate this one best yet. Very comfortable to wear all night. And works best with my CPAP headset. Sound quality is excellent.

My husband uses these every night. He loves the sound quality and I can't hear the noise from them which is great. They are soft and comfortable and the battery lasts through the night but we tend to have to charge them every day.
