I have finally used most of the jar. I can say I do see a change! It does work best if you wrap plastic wrap around you with this product. But also works just fine with a waist trainer on. If I do not do anything other than putting the cream on and no wraps it doesn't feel like its working, but it has to be because like I said I have noticed a difference. Just works a little better with the wraps on in my opinion. Overall its a great product! I recommended it to my mom and it is actually helping with her diverticulitis issues. She puts it on every morning while getting ready for work. Really great product!

It is awesome! I’ve been using this type of cream from many different brands, and I can tell this is the best product ever. I use it before and after working out, and it helps my muscles relax and heal.

I purchased this to help with cellulite around tummy and legs. I've only used it once and I also used a warp. First time applying the cream it was pretty cold. Once wrapped I started to feel tingles and then it got really warm but not too hot for me. I gave a 4 star rating since I've only used it once. I will update review after a few days or weeks to report back with results.

I've been using this product for 3 months now. I use it on my stomach with a waist trainer while I run. It definitely heats up, I've used it during the hottest days this summer but the intensity of the heat didn't bother me too much. My stomach gets sweaty as hell, which is fine by me. I've definitely trimmed down the inches on my stomach and will continue to use this product.
