Have used a number of times to help ease the discomfort in my back. Not really helping cure the problem but definitely helps movement.

This cream contains Ibuprofen which acts as a pain killer. It is suitable for use on all parts of the body but, of course, the user should read the accompaning leaflet which comes with it. I found it very helpful and I am also very lucky in that my doctor now provides a similar ointment. Ibuleve is good if you need this kind of pain relief.

A product which has been my favourite for several years and endorsed by my gp. Quick and easy to use especially with accessible joints like neck, knees, hands and elbows. Usually I need to use a small amount only once a day or night. Works quickly on my arthritic joints and hip replacements. So I can sleep or work about the house easily!

Better than supermarket own brands and in my opinion superior to volterol in pain relief
