Brilliant book for new parents to understand how to offer productive help for an infant. This book helped immensely in supporting our son and he benefited greatly from the suggestions in it for each stage. It talks about less is more, being more mindfully present to understand and respond to your baby’s needs and not compulsively collect or buy everything available in the baby store in order to be a good parent.
