I have used sport formula products over the years but have used them separately. I recently started to use the products in combination. I use the collagen in the morning with my coffee. It mixes easily and without altering the taste. I use the organic greens and fruit flavored multivitamin together. I mix them in my sport formula shaker. It mixes easily and tastes great. I feel this gives me the best opportunity to absorb as much of the products as possible versus taking them separately. Since starting this regimen, I have felt more energized and have had less aches and pains. I receive these products on a monthly subscription as this saves money.
