Workout slides get the job done on those core exercises. Been using these with clients for over a year and they are still sturdy and in tact.

They are the only sliders I've found that will work on rubber gym floors. But they are very loud and they tend to "tip" and not stay level while using. I use these with personal training clients and it's nearly impossible for most people to keep level and have all 3 wheels in contact with the floor while using. I wish they were quieter.

If you have a rubber floor and regular sliders won’t work this is exactly what you need. But if you have a carpet or rug don’t bother it will just get stuck.

This piece of equipment has hard wheels not rubber...It will scratch your floors
