There's no expiration date on Vashe after opening per Vashe rep.

Q: Do you apply this solution to gauze and leave it on a wound or is it meant to be applied while cleaning the wound only?

Cleaning only. The wound care doctor says to dampen gauze, spread over the wound, let it sit 5 minutes and remove, then continue with wound medications as prescribed and dressing as prescribed. Not meant to be left on the wound.
