I recently purchased the GRILLJOB BBQ Grill Searing Burner Ceramic Infrared Side Sear Zone Burner Replacement Part Compatible to replace a broken part on my KitchenAid 720-819 grill that I purchased in 2014. Had to drill 2 new holes and some new self-tapping attachment screws, exactly as described in the product information because this unit is about 1/2 inch wider than the original. Otherwise it fits and functions perfectly.

Ordered this for a Nexgrill that is quite old. I did have to bend the gas tube just a bit to fit but otherwise it performs better than the original. It actually seems a bit hotter than the old one so steaks are really charred to perfection and not overcooked. Very happy with this burner.
