Very Supportive! They squeak, but I found a solution for that...
Excellent! I was only recently diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis, but I've already tried a few insoles for low arch. These are a little more structured than the ones I started out with, and they took a day to get used to, but now feel really wonderful! I have them inside hiking boots, and they fit perfectly. The only drawback is that they SQUEAK relentlessly, even after a few days, but I have found a fix! I used a piece of sandpaper and lightly but evenly sanded the bottom part where it is shiny. Then put them back in and they are almost silent. :) I wish they came that way, but it's a quick solution. Edited to add....it's been a couple years, and I have slowly purchased enough of these for every pair of shoes I own (and am also having to replace older ones). Being overweight with flat feet and plantar fasciitis, these are still *really* helpful. I now bring them when I buy shoes, and won't buy shoes that can't fit these (though usually that's not a problem).

Pretty darn good!
I’ve used these in my workout shoes twice now and I’m getting used to them. I was surprised they were stiff — I might have misread the description. I thought they would be limber. I have Achilles tendinitis and usually after a workout I’m hobbling around the house after I take my shoes off. With these supports, it’s really helped. There is an odor to them when you first open the box which dissipates very quickly, though. I will reorder these again when these wear out. Second post: After the third day of wearing these to workout, I have noticed a distinct difference — to the good — to my feet when I take my shoes off with these new inserts. Wow! What a difference. I don’t hobble and it’s great. A couple of reviewers have said the arch didn’t fit them correctly. I felt that at first, so I trimmed the toe area down even more and then slid the insert itself up a titch into the toe box. That took care of that, and they feel perfectly fine. For me, at the very beginning it was a “different” feel from what I’m used to. I am unable to tell any difference now, and my feet sure are thanking me. 👍🏻

Pretty good
These are great insoles. I use them in my Vans, which have very flat foot beds. About the lowest profile insole you can get that still has some padding and real support. I tried all the arch 'heights' at the store and found the low arches to be just right. This is odd because I have high arches; might have something to do with the fact that it isn't a custom fit. The heel cup is also very nice. I'd recommend trying these on in the store first as the arches are higher than expected.

Great inserts, hurt at first then felt great.
I bought these because it came up in conversation that it is not normal for your feet to hurt all the time. Who knew? Ran across a display in a Gander Mountain that used a heat map to recommend high/medium/low supports (low for me), and bought a pair off amazon for significantly cheaper (I do feel bad about that, but not pay-twice-as-much bad). First couple weeks, they made my feet hurt fairly significantly in the arches while walking and especially standing (I had to pace rather than stand still quiet often). When I was done walking, however, the dull background pain I was used to putting up with before inserts was greatly reduced. Then one day, 3ish weeks after starting using them, I suddenly realized I was walking without foot pain. Seriously considering ordering a second pair for my other shoes, and maybe a third for my slippers. I wear a 10.5D shoe (US), and got the 9-10 size. They did squeak a bit at first, but that stopped.

Excellent support & pain relief!
Excellent, long-lasting support for fallen arches and Plantar Fasciitis. They have consistently fit all of my shoes right out of the box; no trimming necessary. They easily last over a year, and I am on my feet all day at work. I cannot comfortably wear shoes without these insoles.

Rigid support
I bought these insoles for my running/gym shoes because I am prone to shin splints without support. The arch support is at the appropriate height, however I don't like the feel of the hard plastic in the arch and heel. Because they are more more rigid they did not fall perfectly into place on the bottom of my shoes which run a bit narrow. I prefer insoles that are softer throughout such as the Sofsole Athlete or Arch insoles.

Stable and comfortable
I'm in the middle between two sizes (I wear 8.5) and I bought the larger size. With a little trimming, it fit my shoe well. I'm surprised how high the arch is even in the low arch model, but it's not uncomfortable. In fact, these saved a pair of shoes for me. I didn't buy for the arch support or foot pain, but because the cheap shoes I'm wearing came with terrible insoles. Otherwise they're great shoes, and these insoles were the answer. If I were buying again, I'd probably try the size down next time. The arch might be just a bit too far forward in the one I bought.

100 Medium 3M sandpaper will get rid of squeak! .... Worked for only a day :(
UPDATE: The sandpaper technique only worked for a day. Then I tried placing Saran Wrap underneath - worked only for an hour then the crunching feel and squeaking sounds returned. It's too bad as the size and arch support is great. But very unnerving to feel and hear the squeaky sounds. Unable to return since I trashed the original package after sanding it. ---- Thanks to the genius who thought of the sand paper!! It was the loudest squeaky insoles I've ever had. I sanded the shiny bottom lightly and squeak is gone. Great, firm arch support - my podiatrist recommended the low arch. Glad I didn't get the high one. This is enough support. I'm using it for a women's 5.5 sized Asics sneakers. And it fits like a glove. So far my feet is feeling much better, no pain after walking and light jogging.

Buenas plantillas
Las plantillas cumplen aunque al principio se sienten rígidas habrá que usarlas para que aflojen un poco, por lo pronto sí corrigen la pisada.
