Absolutely brilliant kettle for cost of living crisis!
This kettle is slightly heavier due to the components. BUT because you can tap in the temperature you save so much on energy and your electric bill! When I am doing hot water bottles I tap in 60 degrees which is enough. Also for coffee I tap in 80 degrees and tea 90 degrees. My kettle has never boiled up to 100 degrees and therefore saves money. Also if you are doing other chores you know the kettle will switch off at your chosen temperature without over boiling, wasting energy and causing a lot of damp and steam!!! A great appliance. 👍🏻

Totally metal inside
This kettle is totally metal inside which is why I bought it. However the downside of metal is that it is heavier than my old plastic kettle and doesn’t contain the same amount of water. An interesting feature is that you can see the exact temperature of the water as it heats up - from 0 - 100.

Inexplicably broken already!
Bought this in 2024 after much research, only to have it inexplicably stop working today! Invested in it because I thought it would be a good, lasting kettle and also assumed if something went wrong Amazon would allow me to replace it for free, but that option is unavailable. Extremely disappointing, do not purchase!

Excellent
Super kettle, looks high end enough to match my siemens toaster from long ago, not loud – open plan home friendly ( my old bosch one was deafening in comparison) and in all honesty the no filter is no issue. As long as the electronics work for as long as I want to keep this kettle, it a win.

Love this. No plastic in the water area at all. Quick to boil

No plastic on the inside, but everything else is poor
That there is no plastic on the inside is a real plus, but everything else is poor. The lid is poorly fitting, so fills your kitchen with lots of steam, which if it’s anywhere near units means lots of water condensing on them. The temperature control is poor. It boils, and does so for a very long time, but it takes an age to realise this and also switches off to check the temperature, only to start boiling it again. It also has an annoying ‘beep’ which can be turned off, but not for when you put the kettle back on the base. I’d look elsewhere.

I'm not sure!!
I love that it is stainless steel and looks good. I don't like that it starts to boil at 80 and then fills the kitchen with steam until it gets to 100. The instructions say to leave it to do this. I don't know if it's worth it for £50. It's the most expensive kettle I've seen so quite dissapointing. I only bought it to match the toaster.

Wow! What a lovely kettle which is plastic free on the inside
Very happy with this kettle. First of all, one of the rare kettles that are not plastic. Secondly, it does not heat up so much from outside unlike a previous kettle I owned. Thirdly, the wide opening on top makes cleaning easier. Finally, the ability to watch and set temperature really makes life easier. Very happy with this product.
