Does it have a normal plug to insert into wall socket to recharge screwdriver.

Hello. While there is NOT 'a traditional plug set up' it idoes include a usb cable that can of course simply be plugged into a usb plug that CAN be inserted into a wall socket. I hope this answer helps. Regards.

how long does it take to fully charge

It comes with some charge on it already. I charged it for a further hour and used it on and off for the next week or two without having to charge it again

Has any one try to open it and replace battery with a hier capacity on (and if yes what tipe of battery fits)?

I bought this item as a gift for somebody that needed it, the only thing I know is that she is really happy with it.. Sorry, I know that doesn't answer your question.

Does it have a sensor for electrical current

In use, it has an 3-led display showing the state of charge. When charging, the display flashes until full charge has been achieved.
