Yes, if you're not a medical practitioner exposed to infected patients. I use 7 in rotation, wear one then hang that up to air when I get home and take another next time I go out. Even if you have got virus on the mask, after 4 days it will be safe for you to use again. This is not practical for medical staff hence they call it disposable.

For people who wear glasses all the time do these still make the glasses fog up

Well, they do, but they are not nearly as bad as most other masks as they are a closer fit to the face. I make sure the mask is tucked under the glasses and MOST of the time they don't mist up. Very cold weather and walking into a warm shop, for example, my glasses used to mist up before Covid times and mask-wearing, so we can't expect miracles!.
