Can this be used on Aloe plants?

Yes. Aloes do not need much fertilizer. I recommend to fertilize them with this at half strength in March, may, and July (this is during the growing season of the plant).

Do you spray onto soil around or on cactus/succulent?

Mix it with water as directed & pour on soil around the base if the cactus. I use it once a month & it works great- really brings the plants to life.

can I use this product for white sage plants?

Honestly, the white sage does not require fertilizer. It likes low-nutrient conditions.

I have a cactus growing kit where i grow cactus from seeds. Is this safe to use on tiny pea sized growth?

I wouldn’t recommend feeding a plant so young, fresh soil usually is fertilized so it would feed your plant properly without extra fertilizer. Wait a few months before feeding your plant for the first time
