Nature Made Hair, Skin & Nails with 2500 mcg of Biotin Softgels, 120 Count Value Size for Supporting Healthy Hair, Skin and Nails

Have used this particular hair, skin and nails supplement on and off for years. This is the one that is my favorite even though it’s not a gummy it’s so small and easy to swallow and use. I highly recommend it however, you do need to take this not on an empty stomach I think it’s because of the zinc in it. The zinc will make you a bit nauseous if you don’t have something in your stomach with this, so just take it with a bit of food and you’ll be fine but I think because of the complexity of the different vitamins and micro nutrients in the supplement it just works better than any of the ones that I’ve used in the past, it includes copper, zinc, vitamin C, and of course, biotin highly highly recommend this particular supplement

This medicine is very good because it has very good results, supporting the health of hair, skin and nails. Thanks to the help of this supplement I have been able to recover my nails and hair after giving birth.

I am generally skeptical of nutritional supplements. I have had a big problem with brittle, splitting nails. This product actually seems to work! My nails are stronger and have quit splitting. I don't notice any difference in my skin or hair, but I'm thoroughly satisfied because my nails were my problem. I recommend this product.

My wife uses this product upon the recommendation of her hair dresser. It seems to work quite well and has improved her hair health, the only problem is the value of purchasing it online vs. the local wallyworld. Other than the price, my wife has no issues and prefers the Nature Made name over other brands.

I have been using this for a while now. My hair is thicker, healthier,, natural curl us back and its growing faaster. Myhair was thinning and looking unhealthy. I am 75, taking medications that are affecting my my hair. Bonus my nails zre stronger and growing

Works good

Normally, I am a big fan of Nature Made products, however after taking these supplements for over six months, I found them to be very ineffective overall. I did see a slight improvement with hair growth, but nothing significant. I am a pescatarian, consuming high protein through fish, beans, etc. therefore I do feel this is what is mainly contributing to positive changes. The supplements may be helping, but not as much as I was hoping they would. I did not notice any stomach upset nor foul taste while taking these. They were easy to swallow and sealed/packaged well. I have stopped my subscription for this supplement, and I will be trying a different hair, skin and nail supplement moving forward to see if I notice any positive changes.
