Product is very good and the quality is so good to use, thank you I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent delivery experience for my order. While I am satisfied with the product quality, the delivery service was extremely poor. The delivery person called me several times, but unfortunately, I was unable to answer as I was in an emergency situation. Usually, delivery person will return the parcel to the delivery center when the customer cannot be reached. However, in this case, the delivery person threw the parcel at the wrong house and left the location without ensuring proper delivery. This behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I request that you take appropriate action against the delivery person involved and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Kindly confirm the status of my order and the exact delivery location at your earliest convenience
