will these lights blind oncoming traffic on a road?

I use these lights on my Toyota FJ. They are located on the forward side of my side mirrors. They are bright but not enough to blind on coming vehicles.

how bright are these mirror bulbs? are they bright enough to light a path when going offroad if i'm able to wire it be stay on?

The white ones are the brightest. I bought led because I was sick of replacing the original bulbs. It is not focused enough to light a path. More of an area marker light. Im sure you can wire them to a switch if you want .
