No! Not really, especially in the front and like around the frame of your face does not cover at all, when you shake it it gets on your face and smudges everywhere, you can't apply with a brush it does not work at all! It does however cover a the middle part on your scalp pretty good to make thin hair look fuller but again you can see grays, it also doesn't last very long if you use every day, I ended up looking into it and bought eyeshadow in black that cost. A buck and fluffy eyeshadow brush for 50 cents, I apply to the grays around my face and the part, it works awesome and covers up gray!! Not happy with any Bodley product I've ever tryed and this was a waste of money!!! Go spend the 1.50!!!!

What happens if the scalp sweats? Does it look darker or will it run?

If you swear the fibers will melt into the scalp it will look more darker or shall I say more of it looks like your trying to dye your hair with color. When I sweat it works for me because its helps blend in the fibers a little.
