Perfet for my freezer
I bought this 1000W on a promo mainly to run my chest freezer (149W) and fridge during an extended power outage. This model is great for that and barely dropped the power in my 100Ah LiFePO4 for about 8 hours. Already have three 50W hobby solar panels so in theory could extend for days. This model does not have enough power for a microwave (mine is 1300W) but I was aware of that when I purchased. Recommend you use a Kill A Watt device to determine before you place order. Cables are heavy duty and fan never came on during this minimal load. Love the fact it's pure sine wave, I can move it to friends house/camping with battery or run /charge off of car as well! Way cheaper and lighter than those solar generators if you already have some of the components

Output is 120 Vrms at 60 Hz
I measured the output voltage using an oscilloscope and a multimeter and they both said about 118 Vrms. I used my refrigerator as the load (about 300 watts). The inverter is stamped with 110 VAC but the output is closer to 120 Vrms, and didn't seem to change much with load. I also tried my heat gun which has a high inrush current when you turn it on which caused startup problems on a different 1000W inverter. This inverter handled the heat gun on its low setting which is 500 watts without any problems on startup. I also tried the heat gun (briefly) on its high setting which is 1200 watts and it worked fine. The cables are 4 AWG wire and the terminal eyelets have an inside diameter of 8 mm which is the size of the bolts on the battery connections of my 2020 Nissan Rogue. I bought two Anderson Power Products SB 120 connectors that I will use to make it easy to connect the inverter to the battery. The Anderson part No. is 6800G2 which includes 4 AWG contacts that I will solder onto the cables after I cut them in half. These connectors are rated at 120 amperes.

1000w inverter in 2001 ford excursion
Low voltage warning saved me from stranding myself. Battery light never came on when making a 4 hour drive. Pulled over and got gas, started the truck again and the warning came on. No battery light no symptoms of a dying truck and i figure its the 2 northstar batteries that just have the reserve to crank and run the ole 7.3. Got home and checked the alternator and i was only getting 12.3 volts. Could have easily left me on the side of the road had the inverter not sounded off. On a side note i have left the inverter on for weeks at a time with a laptop plugged in and my 2 batteries never seem to notice. Cant speak for another setup but it doesnt seem to waste too much power
