À mon avis honnête, plusieurs principes de ce livre sont répétés autour du livre. Je ne vois pas cela comme un inconvénient, car la répétition est la clé de l'apprentissage. Ce livre m'a appris l'importance de garder le contrôle et combien il est bénéfique de contrôler nos comportements et d'agir au service des autres. Les exemples décrits dans le livre ont facilité la compréhension des concepts enseignés par Dale. Je vous recommande ce livre si vous souhaitez améliorer vos compétences avec les gens. Ce livre est particulièrement utile pour ceux qui travaillent sur leurs affaires et leurs relations étroites.

I got this book for my daughter and the content was relatable to her. There are lessons she could carry forward into adulthood. There are many examples and tips in the book that are valuable. I would recommend this book as gift to any teen.
