Good quality - great for parties

Good quality, value, and array of colours. The garlands are actually tied together in bunches of 6 to make 6 full units They can, of course be untied and divided further to make more, but the 6 per unit work well. Photo shows several packets ready to hand to party guests.

Good price

Half of the necklaces are cute and lovely colors and the other half is more "budget".
