Reflex ActiveSmart Watch RA05-2020-Amazon Only, Fitness Tracker

I really wanted a smartwatch, so bought myself an expensive make just to realise that it didn't fit me at all. The case was way too thick and it felt really heavy on my wrist. Plus the amount of features was overwhelming, so I returned it. My thoughts were that I didn't need all those features - I had my mobile phone for that! So I went for this watch instead, which resembles more the functions of a Fitbit, but looks much smarter. I am absolutely in love with it! It looks great on my small wrist (the only thing I changed was the original strap, as I prefer smart looking ones rather than sporty ones - so please beware that the pictures do not depict the original strap). I had previously read several negative reviews on other websites, but now I understand that people seemed a bit confused. Some people said the watch keeps losing connectivity - well, it's bluetooth, so if you leave your phone in one room and go somewhere else, of course it will lose connectivity - but it will connect again as soon as you are close to your mobile again. Another said the touchscreen was not sensitive enough. There is no touchscreen, what you touch is a small round sensor on the bottom of the screen to change features. The battery is good and it charges super quick. I managed to connect the app and the watch very easily. I receive several notifications that I chose to. Overall, I am very impressed, and I love it that it measures your heartbeat. The little charging case is a great idea too. For a cheap smartwatch, I am extremely impressed and would not hesitate to recommend it.

This was a duplicate item sent to me as first item would not charge, no issue with that as it was recd before i had a chance to return item. This service totally satisfactory.Replacement however which i still have but do not use continuously gained time up to at least 10mins although linked to phone and annoyed me, i asked my cousin to try it but found it hard to set up on her phone so it is sitting in a draw, as i didn't feel i could trust it readout

Great watch wear it all the time, as well a click it keeps a check on your daily steps, heart rate, calorie burn, it, recommend it to anyone watching their health

You get what you pay for

Keep your money. Battery doesn't last the day. Sensor on the back affects the display screen so everytime you move, it changes the mode which is beyond annoying if you want to know the time.If it loses bluetooth connection for a second, the alarm goes off, which can be embarrassing at times you need silence.Just bad all round.Looks nice though.

Value for money, battery life is brilliant, easy to sync up with my phone , and appearance is lovely, size is very good

This watch is not 'very smart', it is very basic in function and style. There is also a lack of instructions on use. Originally thought the touch screen was slow to react however after some searching I found it is not touch screen; there is a sensor at the 6 o'clock position that you tap/hold to select functions and make changes. First impressions were not good but after some perseverence it does what it says in the write up. You get what you pay for.
