We originally got a non-ooni peel with vents in it. Having the vents caused issues all around. This peel works really well and is easy to use

Surprenant ! Quand je l'ai sortie de l'emballage, j'ai d'abord été surpris par son poids. Lourde ! Le manche ne bouge pas d'un poil et est très solide. La pelle en elle même ressemble à un gros couteau tellement le bout est fin et biseauté. Mettez beaucoup de farine sous la pâte, préparez votre pizza directement dessus et vous n'aurez besoin que d'un peu d'entraînement pour la déposer facilement même sur la pierre d'un four électrique. Génial.
