I am taking this for my nails, teeth, hair ... and it does seem to be helping. As an over 70 senior I was experiencing bone density loss. This is easy to take daily and tasty. My body prefers liquid instead of pills. Seems to assimilate better.

Good stuff just not tasty

I don't know why all the bodies I'm associated with (mine, my children's, and a few others') have been able to absorb the vitamins and minerals so much better from Floradix than from pills, but it seems to be a fact. When nothing else will budge those numbers, try Floradix. Weirdly (and wonderfully), your next labs will be your proof. I had a midwife recommend this to me in the 1980s when I could not seem to get my iron up to acceptable levels. Floradix did the trick. It's still the same great stuff, and I have give it as gifts to many people over the years because it works. It's still made in Germany and it tastes like herbs and berries. You will get to like it (also weird, right?)!

This is the only magnesium and calcium supplement I have found that checks all my boxes… it doesn’t make me nauseous, it keeps my legs from cramping. The only thing that could make it better would be a few clean ingredient swaps.

I love Magnesium, this one in specific it is very good for cramps, and it helps if somebody has high sodium. I have also tried the Calcium and Magnesium and it tastes good too, but I'm not a doctor and I think if you take Calcium you have to take it if the doctor or nutritionist says so. All are natural no real sugar is added, no fake sugar either, and no other sugars that come from plants are added which makes it even better because I don't like any of the sugars I mentioned, and less the ones that have a weird taste. I recommend this. Don't forget to shake it before taking it, put it in the refrigerator after opening and it has to be taken within four weeks. You can see all the directions on the back of the bottle.
