Commercial-Grade Aluminium Fry Pan/Skillet, Natural Finish with Cool Touch Handle, 8"

I got this skillet, washed it, scrubbed it with salt, washed it again, rubbed with oil to get the residue off, and when the towel was clean, I wiped the inside with avocado oil and put it on a low/medium burner until the oil started to harden. Wiped it out, put it back on the flame, added butter, and threw some eggs in. Result was the best scrambled eggs I have eaten at home, ever. Seems to have the knack for cooking at pretty high heat without burning. I am seriously impressed, especially for the price. Wiped out with a clean damp towel to clean - absolutely nothing stuck..... Great value. Seriously impressed.

The label-sticker if you look closely will have a very small bubble. Follow that bubble to the edge and the label will lift out easily and not leave any residue at all. Far as quality of construction this is a heavier than expected better quality aluminum pan perfect for everything one uses a smaller 8 inch pan for. I DO wish they had seasoning instructions come with the pan.

This small stainless steel skillet is wonderful for cooking my eggs and bacon in the morning without having to scrape the black gunk from the non stick pots and pans. The handle is cool to touch. It is very easy to clean. It is light weight and just the right size, not too little and not too big. The top was not included with my purchase but I will purchase one at a later date. If you use olive oil, avocado oil coat the bottom with a little brush and your cooking will not stick to the bottom. Trust me this is worth your money and it will safe you time and effort. Label glued to inside of pan. It took me over one hour to remove it. I will not buy any more pans from this company. You should not either.

I bought this after watching some Waffle House instructional videos on YouTube, followed their directions, and started making some really delicious eggs. So long as I kept it seasoned and oiled, it kept working better and better. To season I would pour in salt, and scrub away with a paper towel. This is a fantastic aluminum frying pan, and if that is what you want, I fully recommend this product. But, if you’re like me, and never owned one before, I found myself disturbed that when I would season, pouring in salt, then scrubbing with paper towels, the salt would turn silver. At first I figured it was because it was new, but later it disturbed me. Again, absolutely delicious eggs, great product, but today I only cook in glass, stainless steel, and cast iron. Again, the product is 5 stars, and that was a personal decision. That said,

Nice size pan,great for sauteing foods, handle seems to get very hot, I recommend.
