VERY HELPFUL
THIS IS VERY GOOD FOR ANYONE WHO HAS BLEPHERISTIS, IT GIVES A NICE WARM FEELING AND I HAVE FOUND THAT WHEN I USE IT DAILY IT REDUCES THE SWELLING. IT ONLY TAKES 10-20 SECONDS TO HEAT UP. AND CAM WITH A NICE CLOTH SACK TO KEEP IT IN SO IT STAYS CLEAN. I SINCERELY RECCOMEND THIS FOR ANYONE WHO HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THEIR EYS.

Hot compress for eye issue.
The mask is very relaxing. I find that it takes 25 to 30 seconds to heat properly. I used the mask for an eye issue that I had that I need to use hot compresses. The mask seems to be doing the job.

Not machine washable
Love this product. In 20 seconds it is ready to use and is comfortable and soothing to my dry eyes. Highly recommend and would give it 5 stars if it had a covering that was machine washable. I put a kleenex over my eyes and then the product over that. This cuts down on make up getting on the cover.

Excellent eye mask
I’ve been using this mask for many years and have tried several others even more expensive, and nothing beats Avenova. As far as not being able to wash it, just leave it in the bag and it stays clean. I sponge clean it and when that doesn’t work, I purchase a new one. Truly this is the best out there!!!

Good, but
Easy to use, heats up well in the Microwave (but if you don't have a Microwave there's no way of heating it up). The Big But is that the cover isn't removable. If you're using eyedrops and the residue gets on the cover there's no real way of cleaning it. And, if you're not careful, the fabric snags. Otherwise, it's very useful when you have to put drops in your eyes and then put a hot compress on your eyes.

Better for My Husband than for Me
I bought this eye mask because I saw it listed on Amazon with the Avenova eye drops I purchase per eye specialist; although when I received the eye mask and read the instructions, I decided it wasn't necessary for my eye problems but it very well suits my spouse's eye care regimen so he's getting a lot of use out of it.

This product is advertised as washable, but instructions say: Do not immerse. Not that sanitary.
