Great buy
I bought this for my nephew who’s very serious about boxing! He wanted to learn good hand movements. He taughtme one that helped with strengthening your fingerss- he loves this book!

Don't buy kindle edition
I hope you read the reviews first, I sure didn't, bought the kindle edition for tablet and phone and the book is unreadable. The pages are either upside down or sideways, and when tablet is adjusted for book, the kindle book continues to be disarranged.

Do NOT buy the Kindle version.
It is pretty much unreadable due to formatting issues. I am not commenting on the quality of the book itself because I could not read it.
