Artificial Intelligence: A Modern Approach (Prentice Hall Series in Artificial Intelligence)

It's one of the best book in this field and I'm surprised that for only 790/- I got this gold mine Indian version but page quality in Indian version is also very good while only font is a bit smaller. If you are eager in AI (doing MTech or PhD, I'm doing ME in JU) , you've to read this one not thoroughly since it's a giant.

A very well written text book on the subject. Deals with the fundamentals of logical and mathematical rezoning covering topics in Operations Research, Control Theory, Cybernetics, Statistics and probability theory. An excellent text book.

It is absolutely amazing , I am on chapter 2. Chapter 1 starts from scratch and tells you the origin of AI. It is listed as course book in edx course of AI. Pros Best Print | Thick Book for that extra knowledge :) | Best Author. Algorithm implementation in all major languages has been uploaded to the github by author and his colleagues. cons: Not in Color :( I would also recommend you to read the AI PAPER by Alan turing.("computing machinery and intelligence) although that is an exercise question at the end of first chapter. also this is 2017 reprint that I received on 31st December 2016. If you want to explore the field of AI, this is the best book. It gradually builds concept. Its like a novel. Concepts are presented in an elucid way, and with relevant examples. You won't regret spending money on it. It's worth every penny.

The book covers almost all topics, but the thing is all topics are not equally elaborated. This book is lengthy for no reason. Unbiased statements about some concepts is given. Although some concepts are given eloquently, some are just verbose with un supported claims. But still, good book to go through, but be quicker than what i s expected.
