This is the filter for the (almost) 5" long (tall) filter housing. The filter is just a wee bit over 4-3/4" long by a tiny bit over 2-7/8" diameter.

Is this a pre or post filter

Most use it as a pre-filter, but you can use it as post in certain applications

Not sure but try to get the dimensions of the Omni filter and compare to the Pentek to see if they are close.
