Magnesium Supplement - Citrate + Glycinate + Taurate with Vitamin B6 and BioPerine - 2 Capsules - UK Made

I have been taking magnesium citrate with magnesium oxide for about 2 years, initially recommended to help me sleep better. But what l noticed was that the painful cramps down my legs at night stopped and my AFib which l’ve had since the menopause calmed down, which yes did help with sleep indirectly. I didn’t realise there were other types of magnesium which might be better at easing the 3am waking l’ve had since the menopause, even after eventually being prescribed HRT. Oddly, this magnesium supplement makes it difficult to fall asleep if l take it before bed ( a problem l don’t usually have because l am so tired) but it does improve brain fog and fatigue if l take one capsule in the morning. So my new routine is one capsule of these with breakfast along with B12 and vitamin D and one of the citrate and oxide formula before bed. I am still waking at 3am but can fall asleep again quickly, l have more energy in the day and l feel better able to cope with life again. I have never had any stomach issues with magnesium, in fact it seems to me to be an effective supplement to ease a range of health problems with fewer side effects than prescription drugs.

I will see benefits in long period of time . It's great supplement, after few days feel better.
