I bought this tape for my drawing table and to help mark lines for quilting. I’ve used this to measure and mark lines to make hot pads and pot holders. Works great, sticks to the fabric but doesn’t leave any residue. The size works with these projects but could see getting a thinner tape as well.

I really like this tape. The reinforcement threads make is stronger than other tapes and it does a good job of blocking wet acrylic paint. (Note that it is hard to tare with your hands so get out the sizers.) I use a Stanly folding knife to rub it into the canvas cause it has a solid and very smooth handle.

Sticks down well on Strathmore Mixed Media paper and Canson watercolor paper. Created a crisp edge when using oil and soft (chalk) pastels. Peel it off the paper carefully, it can stick too much if it's been on there for several days. If I peeled too fast it sometimes ripped the surface layer of the paper leaving a rough surface behind. I have not tried it with watercolor yet.

My new favorite tape to watercolor with. Stays in place when wet. Doesnt come up.

I watercolor paint multiple days a week. I used cotton paper and pulp paper. I use a heat type gun to dry some paintings faster. I have only had my paper start to rip one time. I definitely recommend and I will buy this again.

Works great for artwork on papers. Take it off and put it back on.

This tape might be fine for something sturdy like masking canvas or panels. But this is not a good tape for paper. I used this for holding down paper while applying a cyanotype solution. I was careful to stick the tape against my pants a couple of times to make the adhesive less sticky. But I struggled to get the tape off without tearing layers of paper.

I’ve ordered this tape several times. It works well when taping off my paintings and does not pull anything loose when I go to release it from the art work, even if I wait to remove. I like it comes in several different widths. Good product and I feel confident my art work will be protected when using as well when removed.

Does stick but holds down paper nicely and when i flipped it over the tape held again just as well.

Crap! - rips paper upon removal even with hair dryer! Don’t waste your money!!!!! Will try green frog tape.

Used this in my sketchbook and it ripped my art when I pulled it up. Tried a second time by not pressing it too hard to the paper and it still ripped. Disappointed.
