Life saver!
I’ve run marathons, ultras and Ironmans on huma gels! My favorite sport gels. Super gut friendly, tastes good and chia does wonders for hydration. I’ve pretty much tried all the gels in the market and these are my favorites.. couldn’t recommend more

Energy boost
I hate gels, I think they all taste weird and make me gag. I've been stuck on gummies for a long time because I struggle with gels so much. But these are awesome. I ordered the strawberry lemonade and the taste is pretty good. The effects are strong. I take a couple on my longer runs (about 15 miles) and about 10 minutes after eating I get such a boost. It's pretty amazing how much I felt these. For me, the boost lasted for a half hour possibly longer.

Favorite gels for running
I love these gels for my long runs. They aren’t like the other thick sugary gels. These are natural and super easy to take while running. They give me the right amount of enemy.
