Why so long of time span form order to shipping?

I wonder the same thing, but I order from this vendor anyway because they tend to be cheaper and more reliable than others who ship faster.

Where is it shipped from?

Shipping label says Lexington KY.

The box in picture says .1% capsaicin snd reading about it in product features it states “ 1% capsaicin” ! which is it ? all miss leading?

Everything I have seen says 0.1%. There is also a gel which contains 0.025% and 10% menthol. Cream works much better and is odorless. I have found the product helpful. A cream with 1% would be much to hot I fear.
