can this fit a regular size folder?

I bought this, we LOVE it, however, my daughter's 3 ring binder will not fit, so I had to buy another bag.. just a folder will fit.

At that height we recommend a medium size bag but because she is starting KG1 and is 4 years old the small might work well. All of our backpacks can be personalized.
