Quality verses quantity
The product works well. I used it to attach the rubber feet on the grill of our gas range. A smaller tube would have worked as well.

I used this to replace a broken glass fireplace door, and it was perfect.
I had one of my fireplace tempered glass doors replaced after it was shattered. The glass shop did a horrible job, resulting in a door that didn't fit. Nobody wanted to fix my problem, as they just "didn't want to mess with it." The glass shop had since closed, and anyway, they had no talent or interest beyond replacing glass windows. My only investment was in this tube of high temperature silicone sealant, and it performed flawlessly. It took several hours, but, in the end, I had a perfect result. I removed the glass from the channel, put a smaller bead of sealant in the channel, then replaced the glass. It sounds simple, yet it was a very slow and methodical process. Even so, this material held better than the product the glass company filled the channel with (thank God), and I now have my beautiful doors on my fireplace. The sealant is odor free, and the consistency made it both versatile and easy to work.
