It definitely works depending on car condition.
Used to get 16 on highways with AC off in my Swift 2010 model. When I used this, I got 18 with 70% of the journey AC On and 30% AC off. Drove with total 5 people in car, avg speed of between 90 to 100 and max speed of 115. Mainly bought it for Upper Cylinder Lubrication as I had previously used Liqui Molly Petrol Engine system cleaner for cleaning the fuel lines.

Go for a netter cleaner
Don’t expect surprises with this product. It’s not proven that it is PEA based cleaner. Results are satisfactory

Does It Work?
I'm no auto expert. In fact, I'm pretty far from it. I drive a 2001 Honda Civic, which means the extent of my maintenance is getting the oil changed and spraying WD40 on my hinges and metal on metal contact points under the hood (while keeping it clear of rubber parts because WD40 degrades rubber). I buy these cleaners because I’m told they will clean out your fuel system so you get better performance and miles per gallon. This just wasn't cutting it for me, because if I'm going to spend money on something, I want to do some research on it and make sure it's doing what it says. Here's a bit of what I found: The use of ethanol as an octane-boosting ingredient causes carbon deposits in your fuel system, from the alcohol oxidizing and emulsifying. Over time these deposits build up in fuel injectors, on the backsides of intake valves, and throughout an engine’s combustion chamber. The result is a loss of engine performance and reduced fuel economy. In this cleaner and many others like it is basically a concentrated dose of the surfactant that BP puts in their gas to maintain your fuel lines and system. In addition to solvents and other components, one of the main ingredients in fuel-system and fuel-injector cleaner is polyetheramine, or PEA. Gumout, and especially Gumout High Mileage, has PEA in it so it gives me some more peace of mind that this is actually removing carbon deposits from my fuel system. I’ve read some back and forth articles and studies on this, and the gist that I got was that this is safe and effective at maintaining and helping to reduce carbon deposits in regular cars like mine that we drive back and forth to work every day. However, for performance vehicles which produce more carbon emissions, these cleaners don’t cut it. "Effective injector cleaning requires stronger chemicals than can legally be sold in stores for use with emissions-controlled vehicles, and stubborn deposits simply must be dealt with by force—and more of it than an engine’s fuel system can provide, even at 100 percent duty cycle." Basically, performance vehicles will produce more carbon deposits than this cleaner will remove. So long story short, if you drive a standard car and the fuel system cleaner has PEA in it like this does, then you're doing good work for your car at a low expense. Hopefully this has helped some people out. I know I’ll continue to use the High Mileage cleaner on my car and the regular cleaner on my girlfriends car. Happy driving everyone!

Works really well
I have been using this product for years. It works great. With 100,000 miles my whole fuel system looks brand new. I never had to pay for any induction cleaning or induction services and I still have excellent spark plugs and clean pistons. Starting and acceleration are just like new. The trick, I think, is the Regane. I tried them all. I have a hybrid that is always starting and shutting down and I seldom even notice it. I only use it about every 1,000 miles or so - it cleans that well. Remember to only use cleaner with Regane. It makes the difference. PS I'm not an influencer or affiliated with Regane products in any way whatsoever.

Good Stuff
My '97 Toyota 4Runner with 170k miles was starting to run rough and read some reviews that since this product contains PEA (polyether Amine) it could help remove some of the carbon build up in the heads and pistons. I put in a bottle when my tank was nearing empty and refilled. The car ran noticeably smoother after a short while. Has not really made any impact on fuel economy from what I can tell but idles smoother and seems to have a bit more power. I also tried a bit in my Honda lawn mower since it was having a tougher time starting and rough idling. The difference was immediate as the engine fired up on the fist pull and has been running smoother. I am sold on this product and just ordered the Gumout Regane Complete Fuel Cleaner 80001364 (the non high mileage version) to try in my other newer vehicles to see if power or mileage improves.
