It’s the best insole I have used so far.

Saves you joints when you get older
Spenco produces great products, I have been using them since 1970 and used them in all my shoes and boots since then, I have run many marathons over the past 54 years and trekked tens of thousands of miles, I am now 75 and have no visible wear in my leg joints. It is solely due to this product without which I would have been having knee and hip operations due to wearing out the joints through excessive exercise over more than half a century. Top quality, brilliant product.
I use these in my running shoes (30Km/week). They get mud-soaked every run in winter (I run in marsh forest). This has no effect on them whatsoever regarding wear and dampening. Even with this abuse, they will easily last three years (this is my third pair). Also use them in my combat boots.

Great item have favorite sneakers on their way out put these in to extend their life or in your favorite hiking boots or work shoes replace as needed can last for weeks or months depends on your walking habits…
